Mission Statement

The mission for this forum is to provide a fun and informative home to those who are interested in traditional Scottish dress and/or other aspects of Scottish history and contributions.

The Rules

• Sexually explicit material is prohibited. Links or images of such material will be removed.


• This is a global forum and everyone is equal no matter what their colour, gender, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or profession. Please be respectful because we are all here for the same cause. Harassment will not be tolerated.


• Modern political discussions are prohibitted. We will allow political debate and discussion that pre-dates 1900 as long as it does not get too heated.


• No unauthorized solisitations for other people's money


• There are many valuable forums on the Internet that discuss topics that are similar if not the same as what we discuss. We do not feel that you should have to pick one forum over the other. With this said we DO allow mention of the other forums as long as it is done politely. We do not promote or will allow the bashing of another forum.


• Religion can be discussed if it is in a historical aspect. For example Mary, Queen of Scots was Catholic in a nation that was increasingly protestant. If the discussion gets heated it will be moderated appropriately.


• Spammers will be banned immeadiately.


• Private messages will remain private.


• We do not allow legal or medical advice to be given or asked for on the forum.
